薑汁里肌握便當Pork rice sandwich

米飯是東方飲食文化的主角,但是隨著現代人飲食西化和生活步調加快等種種因素,米飯好像漸漸不受重視,其實米飯營養價值高、口感好,又便於人體消化和吸收,台灣所生產的稻米更是高品質好口碑,大家應該多多食用~

材料(三人份):
豬里肌肉250克(切成三片)
白米飯三碗(約540克)
海苔6張(10*18公分)
幾片生菜及番茄
醃料:
醬油1大匙
薑泥1小匙
糖1小匙

Ingredients (3 serving):
3 pieces pork (about 250 g)
3 bowls of steamed rice (about 540 g)
6 pieces of nori (10 * 18 cm)
A few slices of lettuce and tomato
Marinade:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger puree
1 tsp sugar


作法:
製作豬里肌排
  1. 豬里肌肉用叉子戳幾個洞。
  2. 加醃料醃約15分鐘。
  3. 煎或烤至兩面黃。

Methods:
For pork :
1. poke a few holes with a fork.
2. Add marinade and marinate for about 15 minutes.
3. Pan fry or roast until both sides are brown.
製作握便當:
1取一張海苔放在底部,2舖上一層白飯,3再放一張海苔,4再舖上第二層白飯。

For rice sandwiches:
1. Take a nori for basic, 2. covered with rice , 3. another piece of nori , 4. covered with rice.


5加上生菜,6放豬里肌肉,7加兩片番茄然後對折起來吃。
5. Put in lettuce, 6. pork, 7. two pieces of tomato and then fold it up.
Can easy to take out for lunch or breakfast.
