韭黃豆乾肉絲 Pork & Dougan shreds with leek sprouts


材料                              Ingredients
韭黃(切段)150克          Leek sprouts (section) 150 g,
豬肉(切絲)60克            Pork (shredded) 60 g,

豆干(切絲)2片              Dougan (shred) 2 pieces,
辣椒(切絲)1隻              1 Chili (shredded),
蒜頭(切絲)2~3辦          Garlic (shredded) 2~3 cloves,
醬油1小匙                     Soy sauce 1 tsp,
白胡椒粉1/4小匙          White pepper powder 1/4 tsp,
鹽或雞粉適量               Salt or chicken powder to taste,
油1大匙                         Oil 1 tbsp.
預先將肉絲加一小匙醬油醃10~15分鐘。
To prepare: Mix pork and soy sauce to marinate for 10~15 minutes.
作法
  1. 燒熱油爆香蒜頭和辣椒。Heat the pan with oil and saute garlic and chili.
  2. 加入肉絲中大火拌炒至熟。Add pork stir-fry over high heat until cooked .
  3. 加入豆干絲炒約1~2分鐘。Add in dougan stir fry for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. 加入韭黃繼續拌炒。Add leek sprouts continue stir-fry till soft.
  5. 用白胡椒粉和鹽或雞粉調味,加2大匙水拌炒均勻上碟。Add white pepper powder and salt or chicken powder to taste , add 2 tablespoons of water and stir well. serve hot.
