法式可麗餅 French crepe



包裹各式水果及鮮奶油,香甜的法式可麗餅在家動手做~為星期天打造浪漫香頌晨光

材料               Ingredients

低筋麵粉       Cake flour 130 g,
奶油               Butter 25 g,
糖                   Sugar 1 tsp,
鹽                   Salt 1/4 tsp,
蛋                   3 Eggs,
牛奶               250 ml,

作法              Methods

  1. 蛋與牛奶放進調理盆混合均勻。 In a large bowl,beat eggs and milk together.
  2. 麵粉、糖、鹽過篩後加入作法(1)混合均勻。Sift together flour, sugar and salt.then add in methods (1). Beat until smooth.
  3. 加入溶化的奶油混合均勻,麵糊完成。Stir in melted butter.
  4. 平底鍋抹上一層薄薄的油,倒入一大勺麵糊,快速的旋轉鍋子使麵糊薄薄的平鋪在鍋底。Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium high heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan, Tip and rotate pan to spread batter thinly.
  5. 小火將兩面煎微黃。Brown on both sides.
