材料 Ingredients
紅豆 Red bean 150 g,
珍珠大麥仁 Barley 100 g,
紫米 Black rice 280 g,
水 Water 3300 ml,
黑糖 Brown sugar 250 g,
作法 Methods
- 把黑糖以外的全部材料放進大鍋子裡煮滾後轉微火悶煮1小時加黑糖調味。All ingredients except the brown sugar into a 5 liter pot and bring to boil. Cover and stew for 1 hour. Add brown sugar to taste.
這份食譜適用5公升以上的鍋子。如果用電子鍋的煮粥功能也很方便,用電鍋的話要先加2杯水在外鍋等開關跳起來後悶20~30分鐘再加2杯水在外鍋再煮至軟爛。不管用何方法煮都要記得調整材料比例最後再加黑糖調味~
