菠菜番茄豬潤湯
材料:
豬肝(切片川燙瀝乾)200克
番茄一顆(切片)約120克
菠菜(切段)110克
薑(切絲)4克
青蔥一支(切段)
水或高湯1200毫升
調味:
醬油一大匙
鹽適量
白胡椒粉1/4小匙
麻油幾滴
Ingredients:
Pork liver (sliced, blanch and drained) 200 g
A tomato (sliced) about 120 g
Spinach (cut into section) 110 g
Ginger (shredded) 4 g
A green onion (cut into section)
Water or broth 1200 ml
Seasoning:
A tbsp of soy sauce
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
A few drops of sesame oil
作法:
- 全部材料放進湯鍋煮滾後再煮約3分鐘。
- 加進調味料即可。趁熱食用。
