紅燒番茄牛肉湯 Spicy Beef & Tomato Soup

酸酸辣辣~最適合冬天喝 Spicy and sour, best for winter.

材料               Ingredients

牛肉               Beef 400 g,
番茄               Tomato 500 g,
蘿蔔               White Radish 500 g,
薑                   Ginger 20 g,
油                   Oil 2 Tbs,
辣豆瓣醬       Chili bean sauce 2 Tbs,
水                   Water 2000 ml

調味               Seasoning

鹽                   Salt to taste

作法              Methods

  1. 燒熱兩大匙油,稍微把牛肉煎黃,加進辣豆瓣醬炒香。Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of oil, fry the beef for 1 minute, add in chili bean sauce and stir well.
  2. 把全部食材包括水加進鍋裡,大火煮滾。Put all the ingredients, including water added to the pot, high heat bring to boil.
  3. 轉小火悶煮1小時,加適量鹽調味即可。Turn to low heat and stew for 1 hour add salt to taste. Bon appetit.
