材料
韓國乾燥海帶 Korea seaweed
牛肉(這裡用的是本地黃牛肉菲力邊)一斤 beef 600g
蒜頭6~8瓣 6~8 cloves garlic
麻油2大匙 2T sesame oil
醬油5大匙 5T soy sauce
水 water
五公升湯鍋 pot (5 liter)
作法
1 乾燥海帶用水泡開清洗瀝乾
2 蒜頭去皮切碎
3 牛肉切小塊
4 混合牛肉 蒜頭 醬油醃約5分鐘
5 熱鍋加入麻油炒牛肉至熟
6 海帶放進鍋中與牛肉一起炒
7 加入清水煮滾
8 小火熬煮1小時
依照個人口味加鹽或醬油調味
methods
1 seaweed in water till soft, drain.
2 remove skin from garlic and mince well
3 cut beef into small
4 mix well beef , garlic and soy sauce
5 add sesame oil in pot, fride the beef
6 add seaweed in pot and keep stir
7 add water in pot ,boiled
8 simmer 1 hour
According to personal taste with salt or soy sauce
