榨菜肉絲麵 Pork & mustard tuber noodles




放假期間每天吃吃喝喝,不知不覺中居然胖了四公斤(天啊!)昨天穿上裙子的時候裙頭扣好久才扣起來,一整天都憋著氣不敢呼吸(差點昏倒)唉!該要好好減肥了!

榨菜肉絲麵(二人份)

材料:
豬肉絲70克
榨菜絲50克
蒜頭3~5顆(切碎)
紅辣椒一支(切絲)
小白菜50克(切段)
乾麵條(細)150克
水600毫升
鹽1/4小匙
白胡椒粉1/4小匙
油1/2大匙

Ingredients:
Pork 70 g(shred)
Mustard tuber 50 g(shred)
Garlic 3~5 cloves (minced)
A red chili (shred)
Chinese cabbage 50 g
Noodles 150 g
600 ml water
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tablespoon oil



做法:
  1. 燒一鍋水將乾麵條和小白菜煮熟瀝乾備用。
  2. 豬肉絲加鹽和白胡椒粉拌勻。
  3. 燒熱1/2大匙油中火將豬肉絲、榨菜、蒜和辣椒炒香約炒1~2分鐘,加入600毫升水煮滾即可將麵條青菜加入湯裡。

Methods:
1. Cooked and drain the noodles and cabbage. Set it aside.
2. Pork, salt and white pepper powder mix well.
3. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil over medium heat stir fry pork, mustard tuber, garlic and red chili for about 1-2 minutes, add in 600 ml of water and cook untill boiled. Add in noodles and cabbage and dish up. Serve hot.
