蒜圓田雞 Garlic frog


開工囉!祝大家生意興隆、財源廣進!小朋友們學業進步、頭好壯壯! 春節期間有朋友問:為什麼莎莉都沒有做應景的年菜呢? 其實可能是太幸福了吧!我們家通常在年節期間都會出國旅遊,即使是在家過年我也都不必準備年菜所以.......答案就是太好命了!還真是不好意思((#*0*#))

蒜圓田雞



材料:
新鮮田雞約400克(切塊)
蒜頭約20瓣(去皮)
辣椒2支(切粒)
青蔥2支(切小段)
油2大匙

醃料:
鹽1/4小匙
醬油1大匙
太白粉1大匙

調味料:
醬油2大匙
糖1/2小匙
白胡椒粉1/4小匙
水2大匙

Ingredients:
Fresh frog (diced) 400g
Garlic (peeled) 20 cloves
2 of red chili (diced)
2 of green onions (cut into small pieces)
2 tbsp oil

Marinade:
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch

Seasonings:
2 tbsp soy sauce
Sugar 1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
2 tbsp water




做法:

  1. 田雞加入醃料拌勻醃15分鐘。
  2. 燒熱2大匙油用中小火把蒜頭煎黃,撈起備用。
  3. 用同一只鍋子不需再添加油,中火炒田雞至熟然後加入調味料、蒜頭、蔥段和辣椒粒翻炒約1~2分鐘至收汁即可上碟。

Methods:
1. Mix the frog and marinade and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil over low heat to fry garlic till brown then set it aside.
3. Use the same pan, stir fry the frog over medium-high heat until cooked. Then add in garlic, green onion, red chilli and seasonings and stir fry for about 1 to 2 minutes. Dish up.
