蒜圓田雞
新鮮田雞約400克(切塊)
蒜頭約20瓣(去皮)
辣椒2支(切粒)
青蔥2支(切小段)
油2大匙
醃料:
鹽1/4小匙
醬油1大匙
太白粉1大匙
調味料:
醬油2大匙
糖1/2小匙
白胡椒粉1/4小匙
水2大匙
Ingredients:
Fresh frog (diced) 400g
Garlic (peeled) 20 cloves
2 of red chili (diced)
2 of green onions (cut into small pieces)
2 tbsp oil
Marinade:
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
Seasonings:
2 tbsp soy sauce
Sugar 1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
2 tbsp water
做法:
- 田雞加入醃料拌勻醃15分鐘。
- 燒熱2大匙油用中小火把蒜頭煎黃,撈起備用。
- 用同一只鍋子不需再添加油,中火炒田雞至熟然後加入調味料、蒜頭、蔥段和辣椒粒翻炒約1~2分鐘至收汁即可上碟。
Methods:
1. Mix the frog and marinade and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil over low heat to fry garlic till brown then set it aside.
3. Use the same pan, stir fry the frog over medium-high heat until cooked. Then add in garlic, green onion, red chilli and seasonings and stir fry for about 1 to 2 minutes. Dish up.
